A consultation with Trimex helps you decide before you spend. We review your project and tell you which equipment you need, how it is installed and what the risks are. Then your team, or whoever you choose, carries it out.
It is one hour by video call, on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. You book it directly on the site.

- Working out the projection layout: positions, throw distances, overlap and brightness.
- Reviewing a video mapping project before producing it.
- Solving questions about MadMapper, DMX control or synchronisation.
- Sorting out an installation that is not working.
Technical documents
If the project needs to be written down, we prepare riders, drawings, specifications and technical sheets for shows, exhibitions and events. We start with a 30-minute first meeting to quote.

By bank transfer. The slot is held for 24 hours while the payment arrives.
Can I record the consultation?
Yes.
What if I then want Trimex to do it?
We can talk about it. The consultation also works as the first meeting of the project.
