Installations that keep running after we leave

We design and build exhibition rooms, holograms and light installations for museums, cultural centres, hotels and buildings. The job ends when the venue can switch on, run and switch off the installation with its own staff, without depending on us.

Two of our installations in Pullman hotels have been running for five years.

Case

Luminus Prospectu V3 in the elevator hall of Pullman Vitacura

Pullman hotels, five years on

Two light installations delivered in July 2021 to the Pullman Vitacura and Pullman El Bosque hotels. The brief was to give character to two spaces every guest walks through, the elevator hall and the main hall, without getting in the way of hotel operations. In Vitacura the answer was programmed lighting over a reflective glass finish, which turns the corridor light and abstract. In El Bosque, a Voronoi geometric structure attached to the central pillar, with programmed lighting that gives it movement. Five years later both are still running.

Problem
Two pass-through spaces every guest crosses and nobody remembered
Technical decision
Programmed light over reflective glass in Vitacura and a Voronoi structure with programmed light in El Bosque
Result
Five years running, from July 2021 to 2026
Delivered
July 2021
Locations
Elevator hall at Pullman Vitacura and central pillar at Pullman El Bosque
Works
Luminus Prospectu V3 and a light sculpture, both permanent

Frequently asked questions

Who runs the installation after handover?

The venue's own staff. We program it to switch on and off by itself, and we train the people who will look after it.

Do you work outside Santiago?

Yes. We have installed work in Temuco, Puerto Varas and Chillán, among other cities.

Is there maintenance after handover?

Yes. We offer maintenance and remote support for the installations we deliver.

Do you make the content or only the technical side?

Both. We can produce the content or work with the material provided by the museum or the curators.
